We have an experienced product R&D team (self-developed one-piece molding technology and nano lightweight technology), advanced product testing (can achieve strict German sedler test standards) and quality inspection equipment (such as the use of laser scanners), professional and mature production lines (from mold development and production to painting one-stop service).

All of our mass-produced frames are 100% functionally tested and tested in 4 major strength items (Rearstay, brake mount, head tube, seat tube)

For cooperative merchants, we can provide a $2 million product safety policy

Yes, our factory provides one-stop service from mold development to finished frameset.

For existing public mold products, we can evaluate regional exclusive sales rights based on the customer's region and order volume

The MOQ for private mold products is 50pcs.

There is no MOQ limit for open mold products

All products have a 6-month product sales period and a 24-month product warranty period.(The date from the goods delivered)

Private mold products: mold opening cycle is about 6 months (from project start to sample confirmation), production cycle is 4-5 months

Open mold products:For popular public mold products, we usually prepare 300-600pcs of inventory to help customers shorten the delivery time. Depending on the coating requirements, it is generally shipped in 20-60 days.
