The main process is as follows: First, the customer needs to confirm the type of bicycle and the number of mold opening dimensions, discuss the frame geometry and confirm it, discuss the frame tube type and design details and issue a 2D plan (one size first), issue a 3D drawing after confirming the 2D drawing, and start producing samples after confirming the 3D drawing, test samples, paint proofs and send them to customers, and place orders for mass production

For customers who need to purchase public mold products directly, Carbonda Sports has prepared a large number of blank stocks of hot-selling products in order to shorten the delivery time, so that after the customer places an order, the painting department can quickly arrange the painting work and ship it out.

Large quantity orders: around 4 months

Small quantity orders: 20-60 days

Sample orders: 15-45 days

Carbonda Sports has its own 3 painting production lines to provide services, which can meet almost all types of colors and stickers.

Large quantity orders: FOB Shenzhen service is provided, shipping is recommended

Small quantity orders: mainly air transportation (time limit 15-35 days), DDP service is provided for most countries
